macOS Screen Capture Guide

Capturing your screen on macOS is a simple process that can be done using built-in tools. This guide will walk you through the various methods available for taking screenshots and recording your screen.

Screenshot Methods

To take a screenshot on macOS, you can use the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Command (⌘) + Shift + 3: Captures the entire screen.
  • Command (⌘) + Shift + 4: Allows you to select a portion of the screen to capture.
  • Command (⌘) + Shift + 4, then Spacebar: Captures a specific window.

Screen Recording

Saving and Accessing Screenshots
