If you're looking to screen record on iOS, whether it's for creating tutorials, capturing gameplay, or sharing your screen with others, the process is straightforward. Follow these steps to enable and use the screen recording feature on your iPhone or iPad.
Step 1: Enable Screen Recording in Control Center
First, you need to add the screen recording feature to your Control Center. Go to Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls. Look for Screen Recording in the list of more controls and tap the green plus icon to add it.
Step 2: Start Screen Recording
Once the screen recording feature is added, swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen (or swipe up from the bottom on older iPhones) to access the Control Center. Tap the Screen Recording button, which looks like a dot inside a circle. You will see a countdown of three seconds before the recording starts.
Step 3: Stop Screen Recording
To stop recording, tap the red status bar at the top of your screen and confirm by selecting Stop. Your recording will automatically save to the Photos app, where you can edit and share it as needed.
