How to Check Your Wi-Fi Password

If you've forgotten your Wi-Fi password, don't worry! There are several methods to retrieve it, whether you're using a Windows PC, Mac, or mobile device. Below are some simple steps to help you check your Wi-Fi password.

For Windows Users

  1. Click on the Network icon in the system tray.
  2. Select Network & Internet settings.
  3. Click on Status and then Network and Sharing Center.

  5. In the Wi-Fi Status window, click on Wireless Properties.
  6. Go to the Security tab and check the box that says Show characters. Your password will be displayed.

  3. Find your Wi-Fi network in the list and double-click it.
  4. Check the box that says Show password and enter your Mac's administrator password to reveal the Wi-Fi password.
